Privacy Policy

How we collect, store, and process personal and blockchain-linked data.

Note for US Users: This policy includes disclosures required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other state regulations relevant to blockchain interactions.

At A1Asset ("we", "us", "our"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share while interfacing with our Digital Asset Management platform and blockchain services.

1. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide

  • Account Information: Name, email, and organization details used while registering for the DAM experience.
  • Asset Metadata: Titles, descriptions, stems, and tags you attach to uploaded media.
  • KYC/AML Data: For fiat-to-crypto services we partner with, we may collect government ID and proof of residence to stay compliant (Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, etc.).

B. Blockchain & Wallet Data

Because we interact with public ledgers (Ethereum, Solana, and others) please note:

  • Wallet Addresses: Public keys are stored when you connect a wallet to our dashboards.
  • On-Chain Activity: We index transactions tied to your wallet to power history views; this data is already public on the blockchain.
  • Immutability: Data recorded on-chain cannot be deleted or altered once finalized by the network.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver storage, retrieval, and versioning inside the DAM.
  • To execute smart contracts or mints triggered from your account.
  • To verify NFT ownership for token-gated experiences.
  • To comply with laws, enforce Terms of Service, or respond to lawful requests.

3. US State Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California and other states grant rights, including:

  • Right to Know: Request the categories of personal data we collected.
  • Right to Delete: Delete off-chain data (note that blockchain data cannot be erased once recorded).
  • Right to Opt-Out: While we don’t sell personal data, you can decline usage for behavioral advertising.

4. Data Security

Our off-chain vaults are encrypted with AES-256. You are responsible for securing your private keys and seed phrases. A1Asset never takes custody of your private keys.
